M5: Workplace Learning Design Solution (Completed).
This module equips me with a problem-based learning approach whereby learners undertake a learning design challenge involving real-life workplace performance and learning challenges. This module required me to utilise the knowledge and skills I have acquired in the preceding ACLP modules (M1 to M4), make sense of the design challenge and new learning to conceptualise a learning solution. Together with my course mates, we will able to work towards developing a minimum viable product/solution to solve organisational performance and learning needs.
M4: Facilitate Workplace Learning Delivery (Completed).
This module on Facilitate Workplace Learning equips me with a framework for planning and conducting workplace learning activities. A variety of e-learning and coaching sessions as well as pre- and post-class work are put in place to maximise learning and authentic application.

This module equips me with the skills, knowledge and attitude to adapt and deliver an engaging presentation and facilitation for adult learners.
M2: Adopt Skills Framework:
This module aims to equip me with the knowledge and abilities to adopt Skills Framework for personal and professional growth as well as to explain the roles and usages of Skills Framework to employees.
M3: Facilitate Technology-Enabled Learning:
This module is uniquely designed to equip me with the necessary knowledge, skills, and attitudes to facilitate social and technology-enabled learning for adult learners.
Through a combination of synchronous & asynchronous sessions, I was able to engage in active learning through self-directed e-learning, online discussion, quizzes, independent project work, personal reflections, group discussions, case studies, skills demonstration, and other learning activities.
